Voting closes soon!

Voting for the 2020 WAYRBA shortlisted titles closes on Monday, 30th November. Votes can be entered on the tally sheet and emailed to admin@wayrba.org.au.

We are also looking for nominations for the 2021 shortlists – these can be entered online or emailed to us.

Winners will be announced shortly!

Check out Kelmscott Senior High School’s WAYRBA display. Including the book covers is a great way to show the shortlisted books when the actual titles are on loan.

It’s not too late to order merchandise and run WAYRBA in your libraries this year. Voting has been extended until term four. We would love nominations for next year too.

Thank you to everyone who attended the AGM yesterday. For those of you who didn’t make it – your loss. Tamara Moss was awarded the Hoffman Award for Lintang and the Pirate Queen, Norman Jorgensen was inducted into the WAYRBA Hall of Fame, Meg McKinlay gave an enthralling insight into the author-illustrator relationship from her point of view and there was cake.
